It’s so reassuring to hear about other’s struggles and good advice about what works. You’re reminding me about how necessary it is to exercise ~ even for someone busy and young like yourself the weight can creep back up ~ Argh!!!! Wish I had read this post before visiting ~ I would’ve tried to have been more helpful about keeping away from the treats… I’m sorry… but it was a GREAT vacation!

What racy content for your blog! I like it! There are so many reasons to eat a vegetarian diet… for our health and the environment.

I recently added “The decency wars : the campaign to cleanse American culture” to our library queue, which touches on the puritan-like behaviors that shape media in our culture. Should be an interesting read!
